Mikhail Deev will become the head coach of the Red Army starting in the 2026/27 season.
Since 2017, Mikhail Viktorovich has been coaching CSKA-2009. Since 2019, the team has won 104 of 112 matches under his leadership and has won multiple Moscow Cups and Championships.
In the 2024/25 season, CSKA-2009 went undefeated, winning the Moscow Championship and then the Russian Championship. Overall, the Red Army team has won 40 games in a row. He also served on the coaching staffs of the Moscow and Russian national teams.
This season, Mikhail Viktorovich will continue to coach CSKA-2009 and the CSKA junior team in all-Russian competitions.
