The CSKA players in the Moscow team won the Sirius U-16 Cup ahead of schedule

The Sirius Cup is taking place in Sochi, with hockey players born in 2005 taking part. The tournament sees teams from Russia, Moscow and the Urals, Siberian, Central and Volga Federal Districts competing against each other. Today table leaders Moscow and Russia played against each other. The capital team was stronger - 3-2, which allowed them to take first place ahead of schedule.

Six trainees from the CSKA ice hockey school were called up to the Moscow national team. They are goalkeeper Timofey Obvintsev, rearguad Dmitry Nagdasev, forwards Nikita Susuev, Yan Ageyev, Anton Petrov and Egor Solovyov. One representative of the Army school, forward Maxim Velikov, also plays for the Russian national team.
