The goal by Svetlakov brings us victory over Admiral

For the game with Admiral, Vladislav Kamenev, a newcomer to the club, made his debut. Konstantin Okulov and Nikita Soshnikov also returned to the team’s lineup.

In the starting period, CSKA had the advantage, shooting nearly three times as many shots on goal. With each attack, the goal seemed to be coming for some time. In the 15th minute, Maksim Sorkin opened the scoring for the second game in a row. He was assisted by Nikita Nesterov, who scored for the fourth game in a row, and Vladislav Kamenev, who scored the first point in his debut game for his new club.

At the end of the period, the home team had two more scoring chances, but both shots were over the crossbar.

At the beginning of the second frame, Andrey Svetlakov doubled his team's lead. For No. 87, this was his first goal since the injury break. Konstantin Okulov made a productive pass to the forward. The forward scored his 100th assist in the KHL.

After conceding two pucks, Admiral tried to be more aggressive in front. There was more competition and play on the center ice. In the middle of the second game stretch, CSKA regained the initiative and increased the pressure in the visitors' penalty area. But in four and a half minutes before going to the locker room, Admiral managed to cut the lead. Rihards Bukarts became the goalscorer.

The first minutes of the third period passed at a high tempo. CSKA stepped up the pressure on Serebryakov's goal. Slepyshev was active in the opponents’ zone, but the visitors' goalie kept his club in the game. The opponent answered with counterattacks, but Reideborn was there.

In the final third of the game, the home team had a significant advantage. Okulov dangerously emerged the Admiral goal, and Soshnikov had a good chance. In a few shots, the opponent's goalie saved his team.

Gilmore and Lugin squabbled at the end of the game. After the altercation, both players were sent to the penalty box and the teams played four-on-four for two minutes.

In the final minutes of the game, Vladivostok players were uncompromising, but CSKA defenders and the goalkeeper coped with the visitors' attacks for a 2:1 win. Our team finishes our home game series in a positive mood before the away derby with Spartak on October 18.
