Yaroslav Dyblenko: Our team is psychologically stable in all aspects

The CSKA defender spoke about the psychology, attitude and important aspects of the playoff game.

— CSKA played quite differently than in the first match. What have you changed?

— In the first match, we had a very bad second period. Because of this, the game as a whole did not go well, there were a lot of mistakes. And in this match we fixed everything, we spent the second period very well, scored a goal in each period. We played an even game.

— Did the shuffling of the links help you? Was losing some guys motivational?

— But the new guys entered very well — with emotions and positive energy. They came and gave their best, without any complaints at all. They did a lot of work, and in general everything is cool.

— You lost Andrey Svetlakov, Maxim Mamin, at the end of the game and Sergey Plotnikov. Ak Bars confidently won the last meeting. Public opinion said: "Well, that's it, it wouldn't stand a chance for CSKA now." Did it help you?

— We haven't had chances since the first round against Cherepovets! We are already playing in the finals, and we still don't get anything. And we just go out and play, not paying attention to the comments of some incomprehensible people. Are they talking bad about us? We're putting that aside.

— Was there any confusion in the ranks of CSKA after the first match? The game was not going according to your scenario at all.

— What kind of confusion? Our team is psychologically stable in all aspects. There is no problem with this at all. We calmly digested everything, and forgot everything. Today we came out, won calmly, and that's it.

— The key point is the 3-on-5 game. CSKA did not miss anything. There is an element of heroism in this.

— You always have to show heroism in such matches. The guys played very well. And it was my mistake that I left the team of three. Well done guys. And well done Adam (Reideborn), he helped us out in very important moments.

— Are you encouraging your goalkeeper?

— Of course, we praise him a little. But mostly we don't touch it. Let him do his job!

— For you personally, this is the first final in your career. Is there any nervousness?

— No, it's fine. The boys teased me a couple of times, and that's it.

— What are your expectations from the matches in Moscow?

— Of course, the Ak Bars team is aggressive. Yes, every opponent comes out against us, trying to kill us! To run over, to push us over, to throw us over. Everything that is possible. Everyone is tuning in to us, and we are holding the blow.

— Tell us about your goal scored. Have you noticed that the goalkeeper doesn't see the shot?

— I didn't see anything myself! I just threw, that's all. And the puck flew in. The guys did well, they closed the goalkeeper well.

— Did you take the puck as a keepsake? This goal was victorious.

— Why? After all, I also scored with Lokomotiv. This is not my first goal.
