26-year-old goalkeeper will play for CSKA until the end of the 2024/2025 season.
First time Fedotov became CSKA player on 2021, when he was traded from Traktor. During the 2021/2022 regular season he had 14 wins in 26 games with a 91,9% saving percentage. In the playoffs he has played 22 games, winning 16 of them, and helped CSKA to win Gagarin Cup. Ivan was named the best goalkeeper of the season by KHL.
On the 2022 Olympic Games in China Fedotov was the main goalkeeper of the Russian national team. He won silver medal, being one of the best players of the team.
