The CSKA defender shared his impressions of training on the open ice and talked about the upcoming test matches.
- We play great bandy in the fresh air, the mood is positive. This makes it possible to breathe, to run well. We work on physical training and functional state. After the break, the first two cycles were retracting, now there are more functional trainings. Everything is in working order.
- Are you physically enough on the big field?
- The first day of training was hard, but the next day everything was fine.
- During short breaks in training, they even bring tea for you on ice.
- This is the most amazing thing to have in between workouts, it helps to warm up a bit
- You have been in CSKA since the end of December. How about the process of adaptation in the team?
- Fine. The guys were accepted into the team, into the community. There were no problems with this. And now the working mode includes training, we are preparing for the rest of the season.
- There are two test matches with “Siberia” on February 12 and 14 ahead. What are the goals set for these games?
- We are preparing in team mode, we go on training. Let’s go out, play a couple of friendly games and I think everything will be fine.
