After a clash with Jokerit CSKA had to play once more against western top team - Dynamo Moscow. In the first period Dynamo already got solid advantage, scoring two goals in one minute. Sergeyev was good in the power play and Paajarvi Svensson scored 5 on 5. It was the first Paajarvi's goal for Dynamo. Soon white-blue team even cood make it 3:0, but CSKA goalie Scharychenkov saved his team.
CSKA tried to be more aggressive in the second period and had some chances, but failed to score. Only four minutes before the end of game Konstantin Okulov picked Maxin Mamin's assist from behind the net and made if 2:1. But it was too late. On the last minute Dynamo scored two emptynetters and closed the game.
