24-year-old Lugovyak spent nine seasons in the CSKA system. In 2017, he won the Kharlamov Cup as part of the CSKA team, and in 2020 he won the Silk Road Cup and gold medals of the Supreme Hockey League with Zvezda. In total, Semyon played 241 matches in the SHL for the CSKA, scored 45 (11+34) points with a utility score of "+17".
