CSKA beat SKA and and strengthened their leadership

CSKA and SKA are two main candidates for the first place in the Western Conference. The game between them was highly anticipated, and the spectators were satisfied with the show.

In the first period both teams played carefully and didn't score. But in the second period game changed drastically. At 33:47 young Podkolzin from SKA scored his first goal in KHL. Five minutes later Tolchinsky tied the score in power play. But at the end of period SKA again took the lead when Karpov made goal effort while playing shorthanded.

After the break CSKA crashed the opponent scoring twice in first two minutes. Game-winning goal was scored by Tolchinsky.
