- A good, fast game. Both teams demonstrated good movement, speed, forward movement of the puck. Maybe there weren't many chances, but everyone played well in the defensive zone. The goals that were scored adorn today's game. We have a certain series going on. I know the guys don't dwell on it. We've been waiting for today's game, it's a good opponent for us. I wish there were more such matches. The guys did well, they found their way to the goal after an unexpected goal.
— Do you see from your point of view, is there in Ak Bars crisis?
— I didn't see any crisis today. A good team, on the move, plays fast modern hockey.

— Last season was very successful. Maybe the guys had some kind of misunderstanding in terms of the new season, it stopped us and slowed us down. Everyone dedicated themselves to the process, but mistakes prevented us from taking steps forward. We managed to show the guys what we need to do — get back to the things that we know how to do. We play the kind of hockey that brings both results and satisfaction. I think we managed to find a way out of the situation, the guys reacted correctly.
— The gap from SKA is quite solid. Is there a goal to win the regular season in the West?
— CSKA always sets maximum goals for each game. Therefore, we will start from the immediate goals. The season is long, I don't think we're going to talk about long-term goals now. They were set by our management and coaching staff, the guys know about it. We will concentrate on our daily work in the next matches.
— In the episode with the second goal of Ak Bars, Radulov beat the linesman, and Plotnikov did not get to the puck. Did this prevent your team from defending much?
— This is a game moment. Plotnikov was in place, it's just the puck that popped out from the goalkeeper. Meters, seconds decide a lot. It was a good attack by Ak Bars.
