Sergey Fedorov: We do not forbid the guys to play hockeySergey Fedorov: We do not forbid the guys to play hockey

The head coach of CSKA told about the guest victory over the Omsk Avangard.

— We played five games in a day. The last two games were on the road. Something didn't work out. We can say that we were unlucky — especially in overtimes. Nevertheless, we found the keys to victory today. It is important to finish this series with a good result against a good opponent. We return home, have a couple of days to rest, think about how to move on. CSKA missed a lot in the previous home series, was it possible to establish a defense? We do not forbid the guys to play hockey. We had mistakes. We didn't manage to finish the match with Barys with a victory. Leading 3-0 against Ufa, we played 3-2. We found the keys to the goal, scored an important fourth goal. I think the game would have been a little more tense if we hadn't been able to do it. There are certain moments: especially under pressure, the puck must move in the direction of the opponent's goal. This is first point. Second — we need to know this and take certain actions. Unfortunately, hockey has changed now — other rinks, the puck changes hands very quickly. The guys got some experience. Yes, it is not entirely positive, but we have sorted it out and brought to the guys the whole essence of what is happening. I think we got through somewhere and we managed to work out some moments with and without the puck.
