— We played well when the score was 4:2, but we made unwanted mistakes and conceded goals from here, which led to the today's result.
— Congratulations on your first goal in the KHL. Could you describe this moment as you saw it?
- Thanks. I picked up the puck, started moving, it was our attack. I was looking for a pass, but it was closed there, and I decided to attack the goalcage. So I managed to shoot the puck.
— Do you manage this often in your career?
— Defenders don't often connect forward in this way, but I'm glad that it happened today.
— What did you feel when you saw the puck in the net?
— At first I didn't believe it, and then I was sitting on the bench and once again thought that that could not be true. Then the understanding came, and I had to play on. Emotions got subsided.
— Can we say that your dream has come true today?
— Of course, it's always nice to score, especially in such a league.
— Who will you dedicate this goal to?
— To my parents, of course. They invested everything into me. I am grateful to them, all of this is their merit.
