CSKA Moscow signed a new contract with defenseman Nikita Nesterov. The agreement runs for two years, through the end of the 2027-28 season.
The 33-year-old spent eight seasons with CSKA, playing 541 games and recording 281 points (63 goals, 218 assists) with a plus-101 rating. With the Army Club, Nikita won three Gagarin Cups and four Russian Championship titles. He represented CSKA at the 2018 and 2022 Olympic Games, winning gold and silver medals with the Russian national team.
