CSKA came to Yaroslavl for the second time this season. In December, the Army team defeated the local Lokomotiv (2:1) as part of an 11-game winning streak. For the first time, goalkeeper Pavel Khomchenko played for CSKA from the first minutes, and there were changes in the attack line - Ruslan Iskhakov returned to the team. The match began with a quick goal for the Yaroslavl team. CSKA's turnover in our zone led to an accurate throw by Stepan Nikulin. Our team quickly recovered.
