Maxim Mamin: A good team is characterized by its ability to make the right conclusions

Maxim Mamin summed up the results of the road stand and spoke about the expectations from home games.

— For the CSKA team, the road stand was difficult: a win and a loss. In the last game against "Torpedo" you were able to distinguish yourself - what can you say about this trip?
- Yes, it was a hard series. It was a painful defeat against SKA, but a good team is different in that it can draw the right conclusions after the loss. I think we beat them and showed a different kind of hockey already.

— After the match in Nizhny Novgorod, you gave a stick to a cheerleader in the stands. How did you notice that banner "I don't want an IPhone, I want a stick"?

— In the third period, this girl with the banner was brought out on the video cube. I read it, I liked this inscription — innovatively. After the game I decided to give a stick.

— Upcoming is a two-game home series - the first opponent is "Vityaz". In the last game, we controlled the course of the game, but allowed the opponent to even the score. What mistakes were pointed out after that match?

— In the last game with "Vityaz" we led 3-1, but in the last minutes we conceded two goals. I don't think we relaxed. Probably we should have played it in a clinical fashion. We made a couple of blunders, but again, we've already worked them out. I hope that there will be no more such moments when we lose the advantage.

— We always have very important games with "Avangard". There were two finals, hard-fought matches last season. "Avangard" started the current season unsuccessfully, they are gaining points now, there was a change of coach — what do you think will be the match on Wednesday?

— Matches with "Avangard" always turn out to be interesting and difficult. Regardless of where the team is ranked. I always like to play with them. I'm waiting for an interesting, cool game that both us and the fans will like.
