Colby Williams joined CSKA as a result of a swap with Admiral

CSKA made a swap with the Admirals that added defenseman Colby Williams to the Army club. Forwards Nikita Rtischev and Semyon Pankratov are moving to the club from Vladivostok.
The 28-year-old Canadian hockey player has played for Admiral since the 2022/23 season. In total, Williams played 97 matches in the KHL and scored 20 (1+19) points. Prior to that, he spent several seasons in the American Hockey League. The contract with the defender will be concluded until the end of the current season.
The 23-year-old Rtischev is a graduate of the CSKA Hockey School. In the KHL, he played 38 matches with CSKA and won the 2019 Gagarin Cup. In addition, Nikita has 158 matches in the VHL for Zvezda, in which he scored 58 (34+24) points with a utility score of "+28". In 2020, he and the team won the Silk Road Cup and the VHL gold medals.
Pankratov, 25, became an Army club player in 2021. During this time, he became a two-time winner of the Gagarin Cup. In 69 matches for CSKA, he scored 15 (6+9) points with a utility score of "+9".
