Klas Dahlbeck: me and my family have enjoyed everything in CSKA from day one

The CSKA defender spoke about a new contract with the club, training and the Moscow winter.

- You recently sign new contract with CSKA until 2023. What does it mean for you?

- I am very happy and proud to get the opportunity to stay and play for CSKA one more season. This is my 4th season in CSKA right now and both me and my family have really enjoyed everything from day one.

- Could you tell us about the training process now, when some of the players are absent because of quarantine?

- We have been practicing in small groups the past couple of days with the guys that tested negative. It has been good practices on the ice followed by a work out every day.

- What helps you to keep your physical conditions when there are no games?

- We have quality practices and workouts to help us stay in shape in a good way.

- Due to the fact that there are no games and the team in Moscow has a little more free time, what do you do when there are no training sessions?

- I spend time with my family and try to come up with fun new activities for the kids to do. It has been a great winter so far so mostly just being outside playing in the snow.

- Can you advise our fans what to do while there are no CSKA games. Can you name yours: favorite movies, favorite series, favorite books, favorite music to listen?

- Lately I watched a movie called Dune that I can recommend. I also think that Squidgames was a good series to watch. For music I mostly just listens to the top hits but The Weekend is a good band. Right now I don’t have any books that I read, I mostly enjoy listening to various podcasts.
