Yesterday in Cherepovets, a gala match was held to mark the end of the playing career of former CSKA defender, two-time Gagarin Cup winner and Olympic champion Bogdan Kiselevich.
Bogdan was joined on the ice by Russian hockey stars who played with him on different teams. CSKA was represented in the game by Pavel Karnaukhov, Maxim Sorkin, and Prokhor Poltapov, and the coaching staff was represented by the CSKA head coach Igor Nikitin and army men's senior coach Dmitry Yushkevich.
The Kiselevich's team won 8-7 with Bogdan scoring a goal. Before the game, Bogdan's banner was raised to the ceiling of the Ice Palace.
The CSKA hockey club thanks Bogdan for his years in the red and blue and wishes him success in his new life!
