— How has our school progressed since last year? This season, we managed to take first place in the overall school standings, with many victories in individual age groups as well.
— A lot has changed. We approved a general strategy for the company at the beginning of last season and introduced new coaching regulations. We now automatically have two coaches per age group. This slightly changes the training and game procedures, as previously, the team had one head coach, and a coach from a different age group would be added. The workload has been somewhat distributed among the coaches. This is a great innovation for us, and it has yielded results. Rosneft has been very accommodating in this regard. They always do, but this very act of helping to approve and develop our children's sports school strategy has yielded results. A huge thank you to our parent company and Igor Ivanovich Sechin. Of course, we must acknowledge our children and their parents, who shared our athletic struggles with us, resulting in such results.
— Players born in 2009 are graduating today, having won everything at the youth level. What do you see as their future in professional hockey and our club's system?
— These guys are golden in talent. In hockey terms, they're fantastic. The problem of people leaving abroad has always existed and will continue to exist. We'd like all our players to stay. We're negotiating with them, persuading them, trying to explain that they need to develop in our country and not leave. We're hoping to maintain our golden age, and I really hope we'll see these guys on the main team.
— Many fans are interested in how construction of the new ice palace on Leningradsky Prospekt is progressing. What can you say about this?
— The construction of the ice palace comes at a difficult time for our country, when everyone is fighting and focusing on the North-Eastern Front. Our parent company, Rosneft, is paying close attention to the new arena, supporting it, and developing our club. We're building our own stadium. The return to our home is planned for mid- to late 2028. We are confident that, with Rosneft's support, we will make this happen.
