Today Vladimir played two games in the Karjala Cup against Sweden and the Czech Republic. At the moment of his debut in the national team he was 17 years 11 months and 4 days. The first place is taken by the teammate of Grudinin, Matvey Michkov, who debuted in the national team at the age of 16 years 11 months and 2 days. The second place is taken by legendary USSR and CSKA goalie Vladislav Tretiak - 17 years 7 months and 8 days. If we take only the Russian national team, Vladimir is the second oldest debutant, he is a few days ahead of Alexander Ovechkin, who played for the first time for the main team of the country at the age of 17 years 11 months and 15 days.

We congratulate Vladimir and wish him further success!
