Ivan Telegin: I have enough motivation

CSKA forward spoke about injury, professionalism and attitude for the new season.

- It was hard to live through the endind of last season, especially with the injury. I needed to collect my thoughts and accept it so that I could train better. Of course, this is hoceky, and some bad things can happen but you should be more alert and careful.

I have no anger, only motivation. You should always play tough but never have the goal to cause your opponent harm. Otherwide you can inflict injury after which he will finish his career. After that game I discussed it with Kirill Vorobyov, and now we are training together. This is sport and professionalism.

I have enough motivation. When we train in the gym, I feel good, because I was training myself after injury and got in shape. Last week I started skating. It was more difficult, because I haven't done it for seven months. It is getting better every day.

Of course, I've been missing my teammates. Our team has changed. We have many new players, and there are young CSKA graduates among them. I have returned to CSKA from North America, too. These guys should work hard, listen to the coaches and bring up the discipline. We will always help them.

Everyome will try to prove themselves, sp that games will be more interesting. Come and root for CSKA. We will always be the first.
