— In my opinion, KHL has made a right decision in the situation with Ivan Fedotov. A legal examination of the NHL documents was made, after that KHL has sent its official position on this point. The main point is that Fedotov's contract with Philadelphia Flyers was signed for ther 2022/23 season and was not extended. So that Ivan didn't have any restrictions to sign a contract with CSKA.
In coclusion: KHL made everything professionally and clearly. I would also said thanks to Russian Hockey Federation as we all worked together in this situation.
