According to the KHL Sports Regulations, the Sports and Disciplinary Committee is the KHL authority that reviews situations and (or) events that occur during the KHL, JHL, WHL Matches and related to disciplinary violations by Hockey Players, Coaches and other persons of Hockey Clubs.
