CSKA signs Kempe for two years

CSKA Hockey club has reached agreement on signing two-year contract with forward Mario Kempe.

Kempe, 31 years old, has played in KHL 2014 till 2017, where he scored 84 (39+45) points in 170 games for Vityaz Moscow Region.

From 2017 till 2019 Kempe spent in North America, representing NHL Arizona Coyotes, where he played 70 games and scored 13 (6+7) points, and AHL Tucson Roadrunners and Ontario Reign, netting 66 (30+36) in 90 games combined.

In 2019, Kempe represented Sweden at IIHF World Chapionships in Slovakia. Forward participated in 4 games for Tre Kronor, scoring one goal and makimg one assist.
