Today, Anna Nikolaeva, an educational psychologist at the CSKA Hockey School, held a meeting with the 2007 team. In the format of the team hour the team trainees got acquainted with the sports biography of their coach - Vladimir Fedorovich Kramskoy, learning in detail about his achievements in hockey.
Such meetings provide an opportunity for hockey players to additionally communicate with the coach in an informal setting, and this contributes to a favorable microclimate in the team and further affects sports results.
