This week, Anna Nikolaeva, a teacher - psychologist at the CSKA Hockey School, held a team hour with CSKA trainees - a team born in 2012, who are engaged under the guidance of coach Maxim Biryukov.
The guest of this event was the striker of the main team of CSKA and a graduate of HS CSKA Mikhail Grigorenko. He told the guys about the stages of his sports career, shared his experience and gave advice to young players.
Such meetings allow the younger generation to become closer to professional hockey players, which should motivate them to achieve their sports goals.
