Both teams scored in the first period. First it was CSKA defender Bogdan Kiselevich who found a way to the net, but soon Salavat evened the score in power play.
In the second period CSKA captain Sergey Andronov again gave his team lead, and Salavat once more scored in power play. Finally, CSKA was able to benefit from fifth man advantage, too - Mario Kempe made it 3:2. And degender Artyom Sergeyev ended the game - 4:2. CSKA continues to be the leader of the West.
