Six graduates of the CSKA Hockey School signed their first professional contracts with the club.
Three-season contracts were signed by Valery Nikonov and Mikhail Petukhov – goaltenders, Vladimir Kostin – defender, Lev Kabisov, Alexander Petrov and Pavel Sidorov – forwards.
Of note, Kostin, Petrov and Sidorov have already made their debut as part of the "Red Army" team in the 2024/25 season. The defender played eight games and had one assist. Sidorov got on the ice in six games of the regular Youth Hockey League championship and scored once, and Petrov played in two games. Nikonov was included in the team's roster as the second and third goalie, and also played 39 matches in the Moscow Hockey Federation tournaments (13 for the CSKA junior team, 26 for CSKA-2008), notching one assist.
Petukhov played 29 matches for the CSKA-2008 team, as well as eight games for the CSKA junior team last season. Kabisov has totaled 30 matches and 31 (8+23) points for CSKA-2008 and 19 matches and 30 (9+21) points for the junior team.
