The following players left the CSKA hockey club upon the expiration of their contracts: goalkeeper Pavel Khomchenko, defenders Fredrik Claesson and Christian Jaros, forwards Stanislav Galiev and Rourke Chartier.
The 32-year-old Claesson had 46 (8+38) points in 226 matches for CSKA and won the Gagarin Cup in 2023.
The 29-year-old Yarosh also won the 2023 Gagarin Cup with CSKA and had 15 (2+13) points in 73 games with the club over two seasons.
Khomchenko, Galiev and Chartier have joined CSKA's roster during the 2024-25 season. Khomchenko won 6 of 18 matches, and was twice impenetrable. Galiev scored 6 (4+2) points in 23 matches, Chartier – 1 (1+0) points in 29 matches.
