Dmitri Samorukov: I am proud to come back to my home club

Волнения от первого опыта игры в России на подобном уровне нет. Нужно хладнокровно показывать, что умею и могу. Скоро увидимся с болельщиками. Смотрите хоккей, приходите на хоккей. Красно-синий – самый сильный!

CSKA signed a 1-year deal with defender Dmitri Samorukov. 21-year-old player was drafted in 2017 be Edmonton Oilers and since that he has played for Guelph Storm in OHL and Bakersfield Condors in AHL.

- I am proud to come back to my home club. My goals are to progress as a player, make our fans happy and help CSKA to win.

I'm not familiar with team's cocahing staff, but I've heard many good things about them. I'm sure they will help me to grow up. They are very experienced and always achieve their goals.

I don't know my team members very well yet. I've played and studied long ago with some of them.

I've returned to Russia before the quarantine. Russia and Moscow are great. I can't say that I have weaned from something Russian. We'll see during the season.

There is no excitement from first experience on this level in Russia. I should calmly show what I can.

Soon we will meet with our fans. Come to watch hockey. Red-blue is the best!
