CSKA extends contract with goalie Vsevolod Skotnikov

CSKA extended the contract with goalie Vsevolod Skotnikov for two years, until the end of the 2025/26 season.

The 22-year-old hockey player is a graduate of the CSKA Hockey School. In the 2017/18 season, he made his debut for the Red Army, and in 2022 he reached the final of the Kharlamov Cup with the team. Since the 2019/20 season, Vsevolod has played 87 matches for Zvezda in the VHL, and in the last championship he became the author of the fourth longest "dry series" in the history of the league.

He also has 9 matches on his account as a member of the main CSKA team, in which he won 4 victories, playing for zero twice!

Vsevolod Skotnikov, CSKA goalie:

— I am very glad that everything turned out that way. I am grateful the club management for the opportunity to grow and develop. I set myself only one goal for the coming season — to gain a foothold in the main team. I want to thank all the fans for their support. See you again next season!
